One time only: before a member can enter any work into a Club exhibition, a Blanket Agreement Form must be filled out (both sides, signed by an Art Committee member; available from the Art Committee). This form gives the Club permission in general to show your work.
In addition, a separate Exhibition Submission Form must be filled out for each work entered (read on).
The usual hours of intake for exhibitions are Fridays, 11 am to 2 pm and Saturdays, 8:30 am to 10 am, with jurying beginning on Saturday at 10 am. This can change from exhibition to exhibition, so please check the LAMPSletter for details of specific shows.
Submission form may be picked up at the Club, or downloaded from the website
1. You will need one form for each work.
Picking up work at the end of an exhibition
Ideally you will be able to pick up the work on the day it is taken down.
To avoid loss and confusion, staff in the Bar of the Office cannot release the work without a signature in the Yellow Book. To pick up your work at any other time, please go to the office and sign for your work in the Yellow Book. Once you have done this, your work may be released from the storage cupboard.
